I’m proud of this project because it was the big first leap out from the world of emails and docs to a more mature, automated product (s/o Jose Browne for partnering on this).
This view is the first introduction of a coach to a new customer. The proposal is crafted by our awesome customer ops lead Hannah Moser, and as co-founder Andy Scheff describes it, “it’s the most personal page on the internet about you”.
This project was a huge lift (s/o Michael Ing for the massive work on this) because we had no payment infrastructure on the platform, causing $$$ of outstanding payments 💸
As we built out the coaching platform, it was super exciting to create functionality that helps people reach their goals and keep them accountable to grow faster than they would on their own. (s/o to the whole team on this one, especially Diego Glusberg and the dozens of coaches that have collaborated with us to help design the platform). 🏡
